There are a few things to check first.
1) Is the code installed correctly? This is done automatically if you have the Wordpress plugin installed.
2) Have you already responded to a survey? If so, please clear your browser cookies or try with a new browser. By default, Ignite will not ask the same visitor the same question twice. This behavior can be changed by setting #5 below to zero and #4 to checked.
3) Do you have any Custom Data Triggers set? If so, please delete them.
4) Are you using IE? If so, please try with a different browser. There is currently a known issue with IE, however Edge, Firefox, and Chrome should work correctly.
